Pros

The extremely low pay will motivate you to find better. Trust me on that one Co workers are great to deal with and make the dreaded day better.

Cons

Pay is on the lower end in the sense that the 15 year old working at a fast food place is making more than you. It's to the point where they have to hire everyone's kids just to get people in the door and most of the time it's a disaster Company is highly lacking when it comes to modern tech that almost all other companies use. There's so many desk that are just filled with papers and folders that can easily be put on a server.

It is refreshing to work with such a professional organization. From the supervisors on down to the floor workers. Everyone has there act together. Awesome work environment.

Cons

I really can't think of any negative thing to say. You just feel right everyday going to work. I have no issues with this company.

Pros

Room for growth and company rewards those who are proactive. Culture encourages team based discussions and are very receptive to employee feedback. Willing to invest in employees (education, training, etc.). Company supplies highly automated equipment and works within a number of diversified markets - Making for continuous learning experiences and keeps things extremely interesting.

Cons

Tight deadlines based on experience thus far seems to be standard for this industry. Currently no negative feedback for the company.
