Love to hear that the culture, training, and benefits stood out positively during your time. Those early experiences can make a huge impact, especially when someone is learning and growing in a new role. Thank you as well for sharing your perspective on leadership and regional differences as well -- your feedback is truly appreciated!

Thanks for the thoughtful review! It’s great to hear you had a good team around you and a solid vibe in the store. Totally understand how things get overwhelming when there aren't enough people on the floor. It puts pressure on everyone and can take away from an otherwise positive experience. Appreciate your work and your honesty!
