not all business units are treated equally

Old management style working and ineffective strategic decisions

Could be more progressive towards the idea of working remotely

No training provided. Got thrown into the deep end as soon as I started the job. Managers change their minds on projects faster than a normal person changes clothes. Members who were on the build projects worked so hard to keep the progress going but managers never give credits, they change their minds because simply they can or based on their mood of the day. Poor career opportunities, they give you false hope in the beginning that you will be able to move up the ladder, its a big company bla bla bla.... All and all lies. Maybe you can move up fast if you were lucky and under a good manager.

Left within two months of joining. No Flexibility, micro management. Worst, unskilled manager and management to work with . Head of project, immediate manager are least concern to retain their employers. HR was in invisible mode with no exit interview. Big Name, big Shame.

Can be a bit beauracratical

Not able to manage change with project structures Not supportive to life changes for employee
