Great team spirit, but shift patterns can be tough

Good team spirit and involved in several different tasks not just one single one. Training was excellent for the job in hand and always appeared to be a fair employer

Cons

The 8 hour shift patterns, earlies and lates, sometimes didn't suit but normal for a continuous production facility
