I gained valuable experience in my career field, which I will be able to carry with me throughout my career. They helped with housing aswell.

I think the only real con was that I was not able to get a reply back from management when I reached out the following summer.

Starting pay isn't bad Normally all the overtime you could want good dental insurance

HR isn't good they don't try to keep good people salaried people should make sure your happy with what your getting because it isn't going to get better or your getting experience you need to expand your career.
