Pros

Exiger offers the opportunity to work on meaningful global challenges, particularly in supply chain transparency, compliance, and risk intelligence for major enterprises across multiple industries as well as government organizations. The company attracts talented, mission-driven colleagues and benefits from strong executive leadership, creating a collaborative environment where individual innovation is encouraged. Exiger also promotes a family-first culture with strong benefits while enabling teams to build impactful solutions using data, AI, and analytics that help customers manage real-world risk.

Cons

Rapid growth, evolving industry expectations, and shifting priorities can sometimes create process ambiguity as teams adapt to maturing workflows. Continued focus on accelerating product innovation will help the platform keep pace with the rapidly evolving market and customer expectations.

Pros

- Employees who joined before 2025 still got to enjoy full-time working from home, but for those who live within 1.5 hrs transit of any offices they are required to return at least twice a month. - Employee insurance is comprehensive and easily claimed. - Colleagues and team leads are mostly nice and helpful. - Position wise it helps you to gain knowledge on AI, use of GPT, different countries’ companies systems, which are very useful no matter which business or IT fields you are going in in the future. - Everyone use Mac! That’s much better than Windows. - Diverse and inclusive. Got to work with colleagues from Asia, Europe, and all over North America.

Cons

- Discretionary time off is a scam. The company promoted unlimited time off but whenever you need to apply for more than 20 days of paid leave, the HR will use every means to hinder e.g. delayed approval, or give pressures to your team leads to explain . But 20 days standalone is more than industry average. - For research associate there’s a demerit point system for every works you do, and it is purely punitive. Recently they even introduced a snitching system for colleagues to actively send email to others’ team leads to talk about what you have done wrong in each case, no matter how small or big is the mistake. - Salary is super low, compared to the workload coming along. And even though you have maintained outstanding work quality throughout the year and finally got a promotion to senior / manager, the salary adjustment would always be within 5%. Promotion head count is also very limited. And for those who don’t get promoted, expect only $100 rise per year. - Always not given enough time to work, expect frequent overtime working. The company requires OT work to be pre-approved such that you can receive OT pay, which means, any OT works resulted from urgent requests or delays from others that you cannot anticipate won’t get paid. - Now there is no more full time remote position. All hybrid staff are required to return to office twice a week.

Pros

Flexible hours Good colleagues Comprehensive health insurance

Cons

Junior doing senior's work but getting paid as junior, while senior doing junior's work with junior's quality but getting paid as senior Low pay but high quality of work required Hidden limit (20 days) of so-called unlimited PTO If you want people to go back to office twice a month, provide meal/parking/transportation allowance given the high cost in office area, and better office equipment Almost everyone's burnt out with huge workload

High Work Volume

Pros

The colleagues are great. Friendly and supportive, always there to help. Good vacation policy, additional wellness days, benefit platform and meal tickets.

Cons

Extremely high work volume, because of lack of personnel. People cannot keep up with the high volume of work and they leave. Even so, times are cut to the maximum, which leads people to stay overtime (not paid). Majority of people don't take their lunch break to meet their deadlines. It's not always like this, there are times with less busy days, but people are very tired and the morale is down due to low paychecks. You're also not congratulated for doing a good job, but management carefully analyzes your mistakes and makes sure to punish you for them.

We appreciate your recognition of the supportive team culture and the benefits we offer. We do recognize and acknowledge good performance, and appreciation is an important part of how we work with our teams. Pros

The work environment here is incredibly dynamic and exciting. You are constantly surrounded by brilliant, innovative people who are pushing the envelope. Despite the high-caliber talent, the culture remains highly supportive and collaborative; colleagues are genuinely invested in helping each other succeed. One of the biggest draws is the opportunity to be at the forefront of the supply chain risk management space. It is a genuinely impactful industry, and it is highly rewarding to work on solutions that matter on a global scale.

Cons

The environment is extremely fast-paced, which admittedly may not be for everyone. The work environment and priorities can shift rapidly as the industry evolves. If you prefer a highly predictable, slow-moving routine, you might find it challenging. However, if you are agile, open-minded, and thrive in a dynamic setting, it’s a fantastic fit and a great place to grow.
