Consultant position offers great learning. I am part of Automotive Chemical and Energy Team and I will tell you the learning is awesome. The opportunity that you get from your AD are just commendable. The best thing is that you learn a lot. Plus great culture, regular trainings, good people. Work life balance is really good here. AD makes your job very easy without pressurizing you and it make the deliverables smoothly.

Clients are sticky, so business-wise company is a bit stable
Cons
30 people do their work plus work of 70 other team members. Managers dont care - dump work on 1-2 people and ignore underperformance by other analysts. Almost zero on-the-job training. Learning ends in week 1.

Nice as entry job, but I'd recommend maximum of year and half to get some experience while you are looking at another opportunities

Wages are low People are promoted by affinity with managers, not skills The managers does not have people skills and they do not have good forecast to anticipate outcomes and generate better results for employees
