Have to work in office 5 days a week. Strict PTO policy with low amount of vacation days and work from home days. Depending on your team you may not gain much applicable technical knowledge.

There is an expectation to work long hours, it is a very steep learning curve, so it feels very overwhelming at times and a lack of overall flexibility. You don't get as many holidays off as most other companies; PTO can be limited and there is little to no work from home option.
