Pros
If you're a designer, this is a great place to work and this review is not for you. The office is cool. The people are fun. If you're in development, and you have very little experience, this company will hire you at a title for which you're not ready. Health benefits are strong.
Cons
If you are a very experienced developer, they will underpay you in order to keep their billing rates down. Because they underpay, they are consistently short-staffed. You still have to deliver. The client calls the shots. So they may promise you WFH days, or reasonable travel time, but that's hollow. The client dictates the terms. They will engage with any client willing to pay - which means some really bad clients. The people with seniority get the good clients. Worst of all, there is a creepy culture that encourages employees to snitch on each other.
