      Pros

      1. Pay is good. 2. Lots of new things to learn and opportunities to grow. 3. People are friendly to work with and try to maintain a friendly work environment.

      Cons

      1. Sometimes it can become stressful as work gets busy. 2. Shifts are not stable, they could vary a lot. 3. Generally feel tired most of the time and some people may treat you a bit bad. 4. Takes a longer time to get promoted even if you put your 100%.
