Pros

Some lovely people working hard.

Cons

The founder. The biggest con. An irrational bully who uses intimidation and lies to get his own way. The Senior Managers - where are the women? The team members - where are the ethnic minoritkes? Some excellent people have left over the last year, driven out by the founders behaviour. The response is to buy loyalty through overpromoting sycophants into roles that they really have no idea how to do.

Paid breaks, you can eat and drink for free.

Cons

Racists issues. Pressure to be impossibly faster doing things. They won't acknowledge you when you do things right, but they will punish you for when you do wrong. Responsabilities on you that you don't get paid for (aka tanking to money bag with you to the bank, staying until late doing the cash close, etc...)
