Pros
There are two sides of iQor: 1) The Call Center Business 2) The Aftermarket Services Division they purchased from Jabil Circuit. I was part of the latter group. Any pros that the company had were swallowed up M & A activity. Normally competent were moved a few standard deviations out of their comfort zone and everything collapsed.
Cons
The company shifted from a sales-driven customer responsive organization to an ops driven/dictate to customers organization. This caused a hemorrhaging of revenue and profits. The CSO brought in "vitality hires" which translates to lower cost, inexperienced salespeople. Experience was undervalued and the plan ultimately failed. They once delusionally believed that they were as good a company as Google. They heard that Google had a slide in their headquarters so iQor installed their own slide. That's sort of what they do: see what's on the surface and miss the substance. People are replaceable in their minds--until it turns out their not.
