Well organized multinational - challenging times

Pros

Boss is too busy to micromanage. Always willing to give productive feedback and also to encourage best practices in correlation with local laws. This was helpful in minimizing potential risk. Work environment was as best as it could be and HR is highly organized.

Cons

I would have preferred to concentrate on targeting industries that we have success with. Tough industry. Too much senior management guidance that was unproductive in terms of targeting industries.
