      Great people. Great culture. Hard work but with a good purpose

      Cons

      Stealth lays offs. One day you are working with someone the next day they are gone.

      Pros

      the only pro is you learn about a new industry and salary is good

      Cons

      1)favoritisim, employees takes multiple vacation but such employees will be awarded with promotion and salary hikes. the TA team is horrible, laid off all talented and good candidates and replaced them with employees who do not have any understanding of the process
