Pros
-Fast growing startup that actually helps people (great business mission)
- Inspiring and impressive employees
-Highly collaborative
- Fair pay, good perks
- Very healthy business
Cons
Must be prepared to pivot your focus on a dime sometimes as, like any fast-pace startup, there may be a quick shift. I like this, but some may not as much.

Interview
Recruiter reached out via email, followed by phone call. Call went well but didn't get to the interview stage as I received feedback that I was qualified. Waste of time and unclear why I was reached out to in the first place.
