Pros
Decent pay, bonuses, and benefits. Having frog on your resume is a plus. Opportunities to work on complex and challenging projects with some of the best and brightest in the industry. Studio is beautiful and well-located.
Cons
Recent reorg, layoffs, and lots of chaos. Being a subsidiary of Capgemini is challenging and makes it more difficult to do the really cool work frog used to do. Not all bad but some big growing pains and attrition since the merger in addition to the recent large round of layoffs. Little upward mobility or mentorship. Tools and processes are somewhat limiting and frustrating.
