Pros

Free lunch every wednesday, beer fridays, decent salary unlimited PTO (so they say). They try to lure you in with these perks but once you're in the company you see that the culture is very small minded.

Cons

good ol boys club. This company's hiring practices are backwards. They seem to only hire people of color to meet their quota and not look racist. They take care of their own and if you're new or an outsider they will only look out for the people that have been there, despite the fact that they are wrong. They don't train you well in order for you to be successful in your position. Unrealistic expectations. Ive heard racist comments while working there.

We are proud of our excellence standards; we hire smart associates who are excellent at what they do, regardless of other factors. We are proud of our diversity; nationalities, ethnicities, and religions of all kinds are well represented companywide. We are proud of our extremely high standards of accountability; these standards include an expectation that our folks take ownership for their learning and development. We love watching our teams thrive under this process. We are also proud of our employee-focused policies and practices; associates are provided multiple channels for expressing any concerns they have about any aspect of their employment. These channels remain unused, but if an associate ever brings any concerns to light, our values would prevent us from permitting such behavior to continue.

Pros

nice office space, private gym for employees, mostly good culture that allows for bleeding edge tech and pushes big ideas and ownership as part of the culture. Lots of promoting from within occurs.

Cons

There has been a lot of turn over in recent years as leadership changed hands. There is a lot more red tape than there used to be on the technology side. Salary wont stay competitive with new hires coming in. Expect people several years your junior to make more than you, you will get a song and dance about how they can't fix that problem without a promotion. Even though you are likely already doing the job the promotion would require.
