Work life balance Products are good, useful and interesting People are commonly friendly Lots of new things and knowledge to learn

Working culture is getting worse. Hardworking people are seldom rewarded. People who are good at evading responsibilities, and people from (some offices) who screw things up on regional clients and upset them are surprisingly appraised with reward and promotion. Appraisal system is unfair. That absolutely demotivates the hardworking staff
