Worst management. There is a 1 year contract of Rs 20,000. There is no proper training.They handout some online pdf and tell you to go through them. No practical training. If you have any doubts they ask you to consult somebody else to clear your doubt. Only the client matter to them. You have to be online for clients msg for 24hrs. There is no work life balance.They use an app called Time doctor in which you have to complete 9 hr and you can't be free for even 5 mins. If you are it will be counted has idel time and the management will shout at you. Pay is extremely late . Ridiculous leave system. A person has to work full month with out any leave to gain 1 paid leave and 0.5 sick leave. So if a person gets sick or any injury in the month of January he can't take any leave. If he take leave it's will be counted has unpaid leave.
