eStore Factory interview questions

Interview was taken by the owner and CEO of the company. All the interviewers were polite and friendly. As the work structure is totally remote the interview took place in a hotel. There was no waiting time as the interviews are scheduled based on candidates preferred time slot.

After the initial phone verification, an interview date & time is scheduled. The interview is taken directly by the CEO. The interview is more like a regular conversation where we get to know about the organisation and the candidate is asked about their previous studies and/or work experience. The interviews are not technical as they are looking more for he ability of the individual to learn, rather than their existing knowledge.
