We understand that our sales environment can feel structured and performance-driven, and that this approach may come across as impersonal to some. Our training is intentionally designed to be thorough and results-focused; however, building genuine rapport with customers is a core part of our sales process, not simply keeping customers on the phone. Our expectation is that agents actively listen, address concerns, and create trust while guiding customers through their options.
That said, we recognize that training styles and coaching methods can be perceived differently depending on individual experience. Feedback like yours is important and helps us continue refining how we balance sales effectiveness with authentic, customer-focused conversations.
