5yThank you for taking the time to leave a review of what you experienced while working for eFund Insurance. We are however very disappointed to hear that you did not have a positive experience working here at eFund Insurance.
First, we are shocked that you would write something as corrupt as you did. At eFund Insurance, we are an ethics first company, thus why you joined us in the first place. We would never ask anyone to change as a person. We do not discriminate against anyone based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or if someone happens to be a family member. Second, eFund Insurance is an award-winning final expense telesales agency for the past 10 years, since 2011. We obviously are doing something right, as an ethics first company to be recognized by American Amicable Life Insurance, who was recognized as 2021 Best Life Companies Top 10 Life Insurance, tracing its roots back to 1910!
Third, there is no front here at eFund Insurance. We have been in business since 2010, growing year over year via self-generation of earnings. My former business partner, Vince Spampinato, God rest his soul, has never worked for the reputable Quicken Loans, and either have I. To your point on hard selling, we are a telesales agency and conduct our business over the telephone. Our company and agencies sell a purpose driven product, final expense insurance so loved ones can receive a proper burial at ones ending of life.
Fourth, we do not lie, cheat, or steal. We are offended that you would even make this comment. As you are aware, two out of three seniors do not have life insurance. We educate and inform seniors so they can have peace of mind their funeral costs will be covered, and not a burden to another member of their family. These seniors are retired, and they deserve an insurance product that is for sure and guaranteed. For sure is a whole life insurance policy because it has a fixed payment that is guaranteed to pay a death benefit. With seniors being on a fixed income, they know what the payment is today, will be the same from 20+ years from today. This will allow them to budget for the monthly premium and it gives them 100% confidence that it is going to pay when they decease.
Fifth, our work environment is comfortable and positive, with world class technology and support to help agents perform in an uncapped commission environment. Our equipment is state of the art and our workspace is open. My leadership team and I number one goal is to make agents successful and our unique platform ensures everyone has consistent inbound leads that are prequalified. Our partner North Star Insurance Advisors runs television commercial and social media advertisements to generate inbound calls and a higher quality lead. We have numerous eFund Insurance agents who are making more than six figures in compensation.
Sixth, your comment on whole life insurance being a terrible investment is ignorant. There are many benefits of whole life insurance, including 1. Whole life insurance never expires. 2. Premiums on whole life policies stay the same. 3. Whole life insurance builds cash value component that grows over time, like a savings or investment account. 4. Whole life policies can earn dividends. 5. Whole life insurance has tax advantages. 6. Whole life insurance provides peace of mind. 7. Whole life insurance removes the burden and stress financially to cover burial expenses of a loved one.
Seventh, your comment about our culture is backward. We at eFund Insurance take provide in having a strong company culture that is a widely shared set of beliefs that are supported by strategy and structure. One that is focused on helping each other in a team environment be successful, one that attracts top talent and retains that talent. Staff and agents at eFund Insurance feel like they belong and are thrilled to work for a purpose driven organization that sells a product of purpose.

We are accommodating to all staff and agents’ religious beliefs, including engaging in religious expression in the workplace, to the extent that staff and agents can do so without undue hardship on the operation of the business.
Your advice to management. Selling whole life insurance is not stealing money from elderly people. This comment is thick as two short planks. Companies such as MassMutual, Prudential, State Farm, Northwestern Mutual, New York Life, Mutual of Omaha, USAA to name a few, sell whole life insurance. Our commitment to our agents is to ensure they have the very best opportunity to sell a product that is purpose driven and makes a difference.
