Pros
The company have made a concerted effort to take employee feedback on board and have brought in a number of methods to help support employees as we adjust to these unusual times. This can be through providing Udemy for upskilling or the use of Headspace or live yoga for wellbeing, not to mention the various events and treats to keep morale and spirits up. Work-wise, employees are always available to lend a helping hand when you're stuck and processes are iterative so are always improving. The work itself is challenging and providing myself with opportunities to work on things I hadn't before.
Cons
Whilst it's been tough adapting to being a remote worker, the company have helped as much as they can, hopefully we can meet-up and become more familiar with one another whenever we can which would benefit our remote working relations.
