      - Great products - Interactions with customers - Good staff discount - Store smells great

      Cons

      - Low pay - Horrible bullies in management - Constant bookcase and table changes - Staff are belittled when they don't make budget - Nice play to work but stressful environment - Extra hours after close to do unnecessary changes
