Head office will treat you like garbage. They will lie straight to your face and then lie about lying to you. They insult our intelligence by thinking we don't see what they are doing. Emails, texts, phone calls will go unanswered for days at a time. Have an important question? Customer enquiry? Don't bother. All of head office shenanigans aside, it was also so painfully boring. The cr*p we got from head office wasn't worth it in the end. They've set core values yet can't even lead by example. Awful place.

The organisation has experienced ongoing restructures, resulting in frequent role changes and redundancies. There are also concerns around leadership practices and workplace culture, including reports of inappropriate behaviour and a lack of consistent people management. This has contributed to low morale and high staff turnover. HR doesn't listen to or address valid complaints - but they make the business seem like it's doing really well and everyone is happy.
