Pros
Office culture - tons of events every quarter: potlucks, competitions, kickball, etc
International connection - multiple offices around the world presents the opportunity to work with international co-workers
Self-determined pay raises - if you work with management and play by the rules that have been set up for pay raises (called "Good, Better, Best", a way of tracking your development) then pay raises are usually approved. I have been approved for my pay raise each year that I put in for it. But you have to work with management to ensure your skills are up to par and they definitely make you work for it.
Stellar management - my line manager here is the best direct manager I've ever had.
CEO is VERY approachable, and also one of the smartest people I've ever met.
The work changes fairly regularly
Senior management is transparent and approachable. I have the opportunity to understand what is in the forecast for bChannels as a company, upcoming clients etc, and I feel safe and comfortable enough to ask questions of all senior management (including those located internationally).
Cons
The work is incredibly dull sometimes, but that's pretty much just the name of the game in "channel marketing consulting"
Office is located in Utah County (con for some, pro for others)
Pay start can be low, but they take into account your experience and education.
