Cons
* Employee locking with 90 days notice period. * Hired for React JS position, all rounds were on React JS hands on, but product is built on backbone js and other legacy tech. * During Manager round, he specifically mentioned they are using React and legacy app required only support, but in reality majority of work is in legacy app. * Manager round got cancelled thrice without any notification, I would join the call and wait for 15min and leave the call. * No concept of buddy or mentors after hiring you are expected to follow up with everyone in the team to understand next step, no protocol defined, after a month you will be questioned on the progress and what you did for a month. * HR and Manager are non responsive, no response after multiple slack messages, meeting invites - Worst employee relation * Even after resignation, no HR called to enquire about reason for resignation, just got an email asking me to submit the assets and only then will get my FnF settlement
