Pros
Great benefits & good video technology. The company provides good sales tools in order to be more effective in organization and prospecting.
Cons
Zoom is having a hard time finding their stride after the Zoom boom. The company has gotten involved in poor politics and if you're not of the same mind, then you will not fit in well here. The Five9 acquisition failure hit the company hard. Now Zoom is releasing products that are not fully (or at all) baked forcing sales reps to sell ineffective products in order to hit unachievable quotas in the upper segments. The Zoom story is dwindling, but expectations are rising for all employees as the company struggles to be a shadow of what it once was. Management does not listen to the needs of sales people, but does a good job of telling us that they care. There is also not a way to provide anonymous feedback about poor leadership, therefor Zoom remains high in employee happiness on the record only.
