      Pros

      Benefits, Employees, CEO, Upper Management, Activities... EVERYTHING. When I come to work, I know that the company will be transparent with everything that is going on and management cares about what I have going on in my life, personal or work, and they make sure I get what the time I need to handle it. I feel like the grown up I am by working here, because I am trusted to manage my own desk. Nothing is worse than a micromanager and we don't have that here.

      Cons

      Nothing. All other companies should take lessons from Zoom. How many people could walk up to their CEO and be treated like a normal/everyday person? That means a lot to folks.

      Nothing about this company is worth noting.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
