      Pros

      I have never worked for any company/organization that has been so involved with donating time and other resources inside and outside of the community. This feels so good! Zoom has a "Delivering Happiness Crew" that is not just a memo on a peg board. It is real and I see the service everyday! I had never experienced this in prior employment. This culture has improved my growth with new challenges and it has been super fun! My family has greatly benefitted from my employment at Zoom, doesn't get any better than that in my estimation.

      Nothing about this company is worth noting.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
