Camaraderie is great because everyone is in it together. Tons of great people. Free food, though it seems they're starting to cut back on perks. High pay compared to industry standard but honestly not worth your mental health.

Where to begin… Can’t speak for other departments but the entire sales org is a mess. You are nothing but a number to this company. Leadership has lofty targets and it seems they will fire on a dime, sometimes without even a performance review or warning, even high performers. I’ve never seen a company with this much turnover. Morale is incredibly low, seems like all anyone talks about is how brutal it is which makes the job depressing. Many people are applying elsewhere. Management is incredibly misguided and there is very little structure. Constant changes with zero forethought that make it harder to do your job well - your job and what’s expected of you will change every few months. This is sold as "startup culture" but in reality it's a lack of proper collaboration, poor planning and execution. Favouritism, pitting reps against each other and little support for those who ask for it. If your performance is low, they’ll tell you to just prospect harder, do more dials, etc. without addressing the root cause. If you’re applying here, beware of the false promises they give. I was really excited to work here and was really let down. It seems like few reps are actually hitting quota regularly, so don’t expect to make the OTE they tell you. You will not grow with this company because there is seemingly very little internal promotion. Worth noting the BDR org is almost entirely men.
