7y1) We are a fast growing startup which is evolving on multiple dimensions, when you grow from a team of 5 people to a team of 50 people within couple years, policies and processes will not be the same.
2) We are one happy family and there is no issues between the management and the team as suggested by you above. We closely work with each other to achieve our goals and objectives which has helped us grow fast.
