      Great culture, tech and people !

      Pros

      - Pay is great, as are benefits. - Great product getting better - Big on diversity and inclusion. - People are fantastic ! - Solid data driven culture - Small company with little politics, process and BS to contend with. - Easy to get help, everyone makes time and is approachable. - You can accomplish a lot if you are motivated and have good ideas. - The logical thing/decision almost always happens. - Amazing focus in the company, very little distractions - Excellent communication flow. There are no secrets, everything is considered “context” that could help you do your job better.

      Cons

      (To be clear these are all small cons! Zero1 really is great!) - Since it’s a small company that only hires A players, teams can be small. - Big focus on innovation, but primarily through the lens of what the data says and what the business values. This could be more balanced.

      Pros

      Somebody who has never worked before can be the only one to say negative about this company which is providing you certain benefits that no company does. Relaxed environment, nobody poking you for anything, flexible shift timings, young and dynamic co-workers. If you compare Zero1 to any other work place, you will definitely vote for Zero1.

      Cons

      None. Everything seems to be just perfect.

      Went out of their way to support me when I needed it the most

      Pros

      I have had a great tenure with this company - been with them last year and it was inspiring to see the pace and dedication of the core team throughout the year. They work along with you, and they work really hard. This is the best part I like. I had once requested them for my salary in advance to take care of a medical emergency at home and my manager bypassed company policies and helped me out in this.

      Cons

      None - keep going strong and steady.
