-Very little work / life balance -Management has extremely high expectations for the resources provided. -IT is understaffed yet they spend 3+ months "interviewing" and "vetting" candidates for various roles while the teams are stressed for additional support. -Talent Acquisition team are glorified appointment setters who dropped the ball several times with little to no communication for weeks on end.
