I applied online. I interviewed at ZOLL Medical (Chelmsford, MA)
Interview
3 or 4 rounds of interviews, all behavioral-type interviews. One round is with the manager and another with a buyer. Mostly easy questions too. Like tell me about a time you faced a conflict.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ZOLL Medical (Singapore)
Interview
The process time is kinda long and you won't get any feedback if you fail the interview. Overall, the meeting environment is not that stressful and interviewer willing to listen to candidate.

I applied online. I interviewed at ZOLL Medical (Chelmsford, MA) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interviewed at ZOLL recently for a principal specialist position which involved multiple rounds including onsite interviews. After completing the process, I received a generic “do not reply” email from their HR bot letting me know I was not the selected candidate. I’d expect a little more professionalism considering the time taken to prepare and complete the interviews including a lengthy trip to the company HQ far outside Boston. Also, during the interview process, it was very apparent that upper management was a bit out of touch with reality having VP level positions in regulatory affairs being led by someone with very little practical work experience in regulatory. Will not be applying there in the future.

Question 1
The one question that stuck was “what are three qualities that make you the best candidate for this position”.
