      Management needs to go back to management 101 school. They'll Hire you for short term. Don't hold your breath more than 6 months to 2 years. Don't be over 50.

      Base pay is decent but that’s about it

      Everything. Starting from how unorganized this company is and the interview process was a nightmare. Ghosting to the offer to how unorganized the matrix within the company is I wouldn’t recommend working here for more than a bridge year.
