      The company offers great benefits that aren’t too expensive.

      Cons

      Management is so focused on deadlines that they forget the employees are people and not robots. There is no diversity in some of the departments.

      Base pay is decent but that’s about it

      Cons

      Everything. Starting from how unorganized this company is and the interview process was a nightmare. Ghosting to the offer to how unorganized the matrix within the company is I wouldn’t recommend working here for more than a bridge year.
