Pros
- huge project with challenging environment - opportunity to make yourself comfortable with analytics, big data, experimenting on users' behaviours at large scale where hundreds of thousands of visitors is nothing but a tiny fraction, that isn't even representative - a chance to work with extremely diversified team: multiple backends, multiple integrations, huge infrastructure - great for internship and a great source of experience in general - work alongside with creators of BEM :)
Cons
- work/life balance is not the best in the industry, to make it somewhere above the average, you'd have to work a lot - the main project is extremely inert to changes, both from a processes perspective and from the technological one
