      Xerox was a great company to work for, and had a great benefits package and pension plan. Salaries were very competitive, and work life balance was great.

      Declining print revenues has led to massive layoffs and outsourcing.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
