      Great employees who would always go the extra mile. Really enjoyed the folks I worked with and made some lifelong contacts and friends

      Cons

      Very top heavy - too many managers for a small number of direct reports. Found management too far removed from the day to day operations

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
