      Xerox has the capacity to be an excellent place to work at and their corporate governance is clear. They are a large diverse company

      Cons

      Working at ACS is a crippling experience. The management is not capable of growing their business outside of government assistance.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
