At Xe we take pride in our culture and work as a close-knit community; that learns, shares, and collaborates. We have many staff members that have a great tenure with us, and this is a testament to the culture we represent. However, on this occasion it seems we have fallen short, and we will use this feedback as a learning lesson.
As an organisation we are ever changing and agile. To remain competitive in a market, where economic conditions are tumultuous. It is crucial for us to maintain a competitive edge with the products we launch. We are aware of our legacy issues, and this is being addressed by our Senior Management team to ensure we can operate with optimum efficiencies. It is critical as a business to retain our talent, and as such, we have taken efforts to ensure merit increases are awarded and employees are remunerated fairly.
