      Good culture and what I believe to be a best in class technology stack.

      Cons

      Most trading teams are overly reliant on fpgas Management is not very well coordinated, and doesn't know when to cut losers.

      Pros

      Excellent wlb due to wfh for all employees.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to industry. There is really only one profitable desk. Be lucky and join that one. If not, get laid off.
