XR Trading interview questions

Messy Interview. It was expected that I was supposed to complete a Python Challenge that they never sent. Recruiter told me I was interviewing with the IT lead, during the interview, it was the Tech Ops Lead that showed up. It all seemed very impersonal, guy didn't care too much to what I had to say and mostly asked gotcha questions. I tried to ask insightful questions about the whole trade support process, I got very incomplete answers. It showed me how they treated people in general, and I didn't like it. Would not consider this company again.
