      Work outside . Work hard it pays off . The best equipment compared to other companies. 4 day work weeks.

      Cons

      Upper management. Lay offs at the end of the year. Low pay for the danger. They will put the wrong people in positions. Oh did I say poor management. Con call 24/7 365.
