Crappy management and favouritism. The nepotism between management and some employees is horrible. No room for growth within company never want to give raises when you’ve earned them and if you do get one you have to wait for months for it to be approved and never back paid. Always pressuring you to go out of town. The LOA is crap. The company never fixes equipment when it’s needed and expects you to use it and gets mad when you say no. The company is becoming very toxic with the management choosing favourites not worth working for. They are very cheap that they don’t buy proper gear and people just end up using their personal gear instead of waiting months for the company to finally buy a carabiner.

Blatant nepotism, favouritism, benefits are crazy expensive. Management is trash. Good luck getting proper equipment when yours fails. A reactive company, not preventative. While the local safety guy is doing his best, he's limited by upper management and their need to keep their pockets lined.
