While we certainly appreciate any kind of honest feedback from our employees and former editors, there are several statements in this review that are simply untrue. Per our policies, we always allocate orders to editors with appropriate expertise and experience, in addition to high enough client reviews that we can be confident that our client will be satisfied with this edit. Sometimes this means that newer or inexperienced editors won't receive quite as many orders as they might want. However, this is NOT determined by the whims or personal preferences of the PMs whatsoever. Regarding the communication between PMs and freelance editors, we are always trying to improve this aspect of the company and it can be difficult at times to dedicate enough support to the many questions editors may have at any given time. We apologize if the appropriate amount of time and consideration was not given to a message or complaint of yours in the past. We encourage our editors to reach out whenever they have an issue, and we have maintained close relationships with nearly one hundred of our editors for three years or more.
