Support from management, great products to represent

Some periods of the year were a bit slow

Flexibility over one's own schedule; great part-time pay; decent company policies and procedures compared to competitor companies in same industry. People are great (customers, wine managers at locations I work at, boss, etc.)

Standing for 3-5 hours at a time. I had a foot issue early in working for this company, and I worked through it...all is good now, but this is the physical part I don't necessarily care for. Some procedures are changing and in flux due to changing websites, etc. and these are just growing pains, but we have a lot of changes and for a part time worker it can seem like a bit of a hassle (this isn't my main gig). This is, I believe, very temporary and for the greater good of the company moving forward.
