Since joining WTC a little over a year ago, I have grown exponentially! This small company provides everyone the opportunity to contribute so no question or idea is gone unheard. I enjoy working with Curt and feel grateful he always wants to provide what we need to continue growing both individually and as a company.

Cons

Working with a smaller company can be challenging as they go through "growing pains". However, when faced with challenges, we continue to overcome and keep our clients and internal team happy while making beneficial adjustments along the way.

Provides training and guidance to understand the spirits being demoed and competitive pay.

Cons

Due to client ebb and flow plus having a full-time job during the week, demos are not always regularly available during my available hours.
