Worst company ever. This company has hire and fire culture. Management is controlled only by one person who is the biggest hypocrite in himself. It is either my way or high way type of "management". Every other day CEO lashes out by screaming at management level people. He says one thing, but himself does not follow it. Just a fake show off. There are political people who make fool out of this CEO, because of his short temper behavior and performing people on ground level have to suffer this politics and invest personal time to find proofs and justifications to prove their point. Despite this, at the end performing people are not respected for their efforts and contributions and instead asked to follow the process without asking any questions. This child like behavior is making people suffer.
